Bechtler By Night: Love and Unity

Bechtler By Night: Love and Unity

Location
Bechtler Museum of Modern Art
Date
Friday, February 21 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Join us in celebrating love and unity during Bechtler By Night. We'll be using special hands-on art activities, that are designed to break down barriers and encourage positive relationships through art.

Inspired by Black History month, guests are invited to create their own Freedom Quilt Designs while learning about the use and symbolism of these quilts during the Underground Railroad era.

Then, head into our classroom to explore and experiment with a combination of materials such as tissue, construction, and stonehenge paper to create collages inspired by French artist Pierre Soulages.

Enjoy gallery games, a scavenger hunt, and try your luck with Bechtler BINGO, complete with raffle prize! While you’re exploring the entire museum for FREE, you don’t want to miss checking out our newest exhibit, TEN.

Cash bar featuring the Cranberry Moscow Mule and complimentary light bites available. Bechtler By Night is free of charge and invites you to gather friends and view the extensive Bechtler collection under the cover of the night sky.
