Jazz at the Bechtler: An Evening with Chuck Lamb

A member of the renowned Brubeck Brothers, talented pianist Chuck Lamb brings an unforgettable musical experience to Charlotte. Playing with the Ziad Jazz Quartet, led by Ziad Rabie, Lamb showcases his remarkable technical command and nuanced playing style. He has played Jazz at Lincoln Center and the Monterey Jazz Festival, and earlier in his career, Lamb co-founded the jazz fusion group “Dry Jack,” which Rolling Stone History of Music credited as one of the premiere, cutting-edge fusion bands of the electric jazz movement.


Concerts are performed at 6 and 8:15 p.m. Each concert is 75 minutes with no intermission. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for the 6 p.m. concert and 7:45 p.m. for the 8:15 p.m. concert. Enjoy light bites and a cash bar. 

General Admission Tickets

Tickets are $25 for the public and $20 for museum members. Buy tickets online, over the phone at 704.353.9209 or at the admission desk. All ticket holders who purchase in advance of the concert are guaranteed a seat.
